The Watson & Chalin 52000045.L01Z is an upper left-hand lift axle suspension arm assembly for specific W&C SL Series auxiliary lift axle suspensions. It installs in the driver-side upper position and replaces former part number 930356-10Z.
This cast-aluminum arm assembly has polyurethane pivot bushings and measures 21.25" center to center between the pivot points. It serves as the upper suspension link, helping locate the axle and control its movement throughout suspension travel.
The 52000045.L01Z is used with the following aluminum-arm/poly-bushing suspension configurations:
- 13K: SL1190SSR, SL1195SSR and SL13AA
- 10K: SL1093SSR
- 8K: SL0893SSR
Watson & Chalin used different upper arms on other SL Series configurations, including standard and steel-arm versions. This part is specifically the upper LH aluminum/poly arm for the applications listed above.
