The Hyva 14700540 pneumatic knock-off valve limits the tipping angle before a front-end cylinder reaches the end of its stroke. It mounts at the cylinder cradle and connects to the air-controlled raise circuit.
As the cylinder approaches the preset limit, it activates the valve’s adjustable plunger. The valve then vents the air pressure from the raise line, stopping the raise function before full stroke. This helps prevent the cylinder from deadheading at full extension and avoids unnecessary pressure buildup in the cylinder and hydraulic system.
The threaded adjustment allows the activation point to be set during installation for precise, smooth operation. The valve includes a cradle-mount support bracket and three 1/4" push-to-connect air fittings.
