The Heavy Motions LG27SD4R25N16 is a compact hydraulic dump pump rated at 27 GPM at 1,000 RPM with a 6.2 cu. in. displacement. This is a single-pressure pump with a 2,500 PSI relief setting, designed for hydraulic dump applications.
The pump has clockwise right-hand rotation and a four-bolt DIN 5462 mounting flange with an eight-tooth shaft. It operates from 500 to 2,000 RPM and features pneumatic raise/lower shifting operated by a separately supplied cab control. The cab control and air lines are not included.
Hydraulic connections include a 1-1/4" NPTF inlet, 1" NPTF cylinder pressure port, and 1" NPTF tank return port. The pump supports two-line or three-line plumbing, although Heavy Motions recommends a three-line installation.
The pump measures approximately 16.38" long by 7" wide, with a 4.70" flange width and 3.5" flange bolt-hole center spacing. Approximate weight is 50 lb, and Heavy Motions provides a two-year warranty for the LG Series.
