The World American WA05-5021 S-Cam is a left-hand trailer air brake camshaft, designed for 16.5″ Q-Plus outboard brake systems. It features a 1-½″ (38.1 mm) diameter shaft, 28 splines, and a 24-1/16″ (610 mm) shaft length measured from under the S-head to the end of the spline.
